FAQs

How will my order be shipped?

USPS is our preferred shipping partner but UPS may be used depending on location. We ship orders after address verification and payment has cleared. Purchases will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment receipt. Depending on customer's location, you can expect to receive your purchase within 3-10 business days. Please be aware that delivery estimates do not include holidays or weekends.

Izzie's Boutique is not liable for any shipment delays due to the following reasons: inclement weather, unattended packages upon delivery, incorrect address submitted at the time of purchase submission. At this time, we do not ship internationally nor to P.O. Boxes. 

Orders over $50 will receive Free Standard Shipping

DEFECTIVES

Please check garments thoroughly for any potential defects.  To return a defective item, contact Customer Service within 3 days of receipt via email (srogers@izziesboutique.com) or through our Facebook Page IzziesBoutiqueStore. Include the order number and item with written explanation of issue as well as a photo of the damage. We will respond within 48 hours during the business week with further instruction.

REGULAR RETURN

Don’t love the item as much as you had hoped? All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase (in store) or 30 days of our ship date (unfortunately, we do not have control over the date you receive the product once it leaves our warehouse…or the date you check the mail ;) ). 

All returns received within 30 day window will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card emailed or issued in person to the customer. For online orders, we must physically receive the item prior to issuing a store credit. IMPORTANT PART!!! Items eligible for return/refund, unwashed/unworn, with original tags, smoke-free and pet hair free. The return MUST to be in the condition as it was sent to you. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs for the original shipment are non-refundable. A return form is enclosed in your shipment. Please be sure to include on your return so we can process your order as quickly as possible.

Our gift cards are good for up to 1 year from issue date. We hope to help you find something that you love as soon as possible! Give us a call! Want to use it on an item that costs more than the balance on your gift card? No worries! When you reach the check out, there is an option to checkout using a second form a payment! We accept Amazon Pay, PayPal, and all major Credit/Debit Cards.

CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER

Oops! Pressed order too quickly? If you would like to change/add to or cancel your order, call us as soon as possible or send a message via Facebook (IzziesBoutiqueStore). We are super fast shippers do our best to process orders within 24 hours. If the order has already shipped, we can process a separate order for your but shipping will apply.  If you are needing to cancel your order and the order shipped, you will need to proceed to go through the steps of a REGULAR RETURN once your item has reached you.
