How will my order be shipped?

USPS is our preferred shipping partner but UPS may be used depending on location. We ship orders after address verification and payment has cleared. Purchases will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment receipt. Depending on customer's location, you can expect to receive your purchase within 3-10 business days. Please be aware that delivery estimates do not include holidays or weekends.

Izzie's Boutique is not liable for any shipment delays due to the following reasons: inclement weather, unattended packages upon delivery, incorrect address submitted at the time of purchase submission. At this time, we do not ship internationally nor to P.O. Boxes. 

Orders over $50 will receive Free Standard Shipping

How can I return merchandise purchased on the website?

We accept returns that are received within 30 days of purchase only when the product has the original tags attached, unwashed and unworn. If any of the above are not met, we will not issue a refund and will ship the product back at the buyers expense. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt. 

When shipping back the item, please include the Return Form that was enclosed in the shipment or click here.

I received damaged merchandise. What do I do?

Contact Us through the Contact Us page or call 1.270.601.5101.  If you are calling outside of business hours, please leave a message and we will return your call on the next business day.
