Free Standard Shipping on all U.S OrdersWe ship all orders USPS. A tracking number will be supplied to the email provided after address verification and payment has cleared. Purchases will be shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment receipt. Depending on customer's location, you can expect to receive your purchase within 2-5 business days. Please be aware that delivery estimates do not include holidays or weekends.
Izzie's Boutique is not liable for any shipment delays due to the following reasons: inclement weather, unattended packages upon delivery, incorrect address submitted at the time of purchase submission. Shipments to Canada are a flat rate $18.

RETURNS
We accept returns that are received within 30 days of purchase only when the product has the original tags attached, unwashed and unworn. If any of the above are not met, we will not issue a refund and will either ship the product back at the buyers expense or donate. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
All acceptable returns will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card emailed or issued in person to the customer. For online orders, we must physically receive the item prior to issuing a store credit.
